Sweepstakes Timing: The Tide Cleaners Super Bowl LXI Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 9, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 15, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous states of the United States and DC who reside within fifty (50) miles of a Tide Cleaners location and who are 18 years of age or older as of the last day of the month prior to date of entry. Employees of Agile Pursuits Franchising Inc (the “Sponsor” and the “Administrator”), employees of Tide Cleaners, Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the NFL Enterprises LLC, The NFL Parties (defined as NFL Properties LLC, National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL International LLC, NFL Productions LLC, and each of their respective affiliates, owners, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, both individually and collectively) and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, “Released Parties”), and each such individual’s immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, any child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

1. Opt-in to the Tide Cleaners Super Bowl LXI Sweepstakes on the Tide Cleaners App- Enter by opening up the Tide Cleaners app and opting-in to our Tide Cleaners Super Bowl LXI Sweepstakes (No Purchase Required): To enter, during the Sweepstakes Period, log in to the Tide Cleaners app and select “opt-in” when you receive the Tide Cleaners Super Bowl LXI Sweepstakes pop-up to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. You must stay opted-in to the Tide Cleaners Super Bowl LXI Sweepstakes throughout the Sweepstakes Period and subsequent winner selection/prize awarding to maintain entry received via this method. The identity of the person listed first on the Tide Cleaners account will receive the entry. Limit one (1) Tide Cleaners Account per person. If you are having issues opting in to the sweepstakes through the app, reach out to [email protected] with an email subject line of "Super Bowl Sweepstakes Opt In" and provide your first and last name, mailing address, phone number, and date of birth in the body of the email.

2. Orders placed subsequent to the Tide Cleaners Super Bowl LXI Sweepstakes app opt-in- Enter by first opting-in to the Tide Cleaners Super Bowl LXI Sweepstakes in the Tide Cleaners app. After opting-in, during the Sweepstakes Period, drop off an order at a participating Tide Cleaners store or locker location, or have an order picked up by a participating Tide Cleaners store delivery service to receive one (1) entry. One entry per day. Any such order that is placed within the Sweepstakes Period must be confirmed as received by the Tide Cleaners location during the Sweepstakes Period, and account owner must maintain a confirmed opt-in to the Tide Cleaners Super Bowl LXI Sweepstakes. The account identity of the person listed first in Tide Cleaners point of sale system for the qualifying transaction will receive the entry.

Free Alternate Method of Entry: You must provide your first and last name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a plain piece of 3x5 inch paper to receive one (1) entry into the random drawing. One (1) entry per person per day.

Each Mail-In Entry must be mailed separately in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for postage-due entries or for any incorrect or illegible data contained in any Mail-In Entry. Mail-In Entries must be received by December 15, 2026, to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. All Mail-In Entries become the physical property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Mail-In Entries received without a verifiable and legible return address will be deemed incomplete and not valid entries.

All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 15, 2026, in order to be eligible. Any attempt by any entrant to enter by using multiple/different email addresses, mailing addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated or computer system to participate online is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by your online/phone service may apply.

Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (https://privacypolicy.pg.com/en-US/) and will be used and disclosed for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes as well as any other purpose provided for in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide the Sponsor or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their personal information.

Random Drawing: Two (2) Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 6, 2027 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The authorized owner of the Tide Cleaners store associated with a winning entry (or the store located closest to the home address of winning email entry) will also win a Grand Prize, as described below. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Drawing will be conducted by Administrator whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the drawing.

Winner Notification: The potential Grand Prize winners will be contacted via email or phone by the Administrator and will be required to sign and return, via email, a Declaration of Eligibility & Liability Release, and where legal, a Publicity Release within twenty-four (24) hours or potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate will be selected, time permitting. Return of prize notification as undeliverable or if winner is ineligible, it may result in disqualification and alternate selection, time permitting.

Grand Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): There is a total of four (4) Grand Prizes to be awarded (two Grand Prize-winning entries and two Grand Prizes for the authorized store owner associated with the winning entry). Each Grand Prize consists of two (2) tickets to the 2027 Super Bowl LXI in Inglewood, California on Sunday, February 14, 2027 (“Super Bowl”), and $3,000 awarded as an e-check to be used to book transportation and accommodations. The ARV of each Grand Prize is $13,000. Seat locations at the Super Bowl shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Prize must be used on date specified or prize will be forfeited. No travel to and from the Super Bowl or hotel accommodations are included in the Grand Prize. No substitute prize or alternative cash value will be awarded in place of the Grand Prize. Sponsor and the NFL Entities (defined below) reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to a winner and/or his/her guest who does not follow venue rules or engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the Super Bowl. Winners and guests must also comply with any additional COVID-19 requirements, at any time, that may be required or recommended by any government agency, venue, or Sponsor. All other expenses not specifically described herein, including without limitation applicable taxes, transportation, accommodations, merchandise, and all personal expenses of any kind or nature are the sole responsibility of each winner and guest. Once arrangements have been made, no changes can be made unless initiated or approved by the Sponsor. If a winner’s guest is under the age of majority, the winner must be the parent or legal guardian of that minor. Sponsor is not responsible for any missed, postponement or cancellation of the Grand Prize. In the event the Super Bowl is missed, cancelled, or postponed for any reason, Sponsor will have no obligation to refund or award compensation. Sponsor is not responsible for issues arising from game venue operation and management. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets. Any applicable taxes related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.

General Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants and winners agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. The Sponsor accepts no liability for printing errors on material(s) distributed for this Sweepstakes nor will any responsibility be taken for lost or late entries or for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the website or the Sweepstakes or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading information in connection with the website or Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to email entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. Winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the email address provided at time of entry. Proof of entering information via the website does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt of such information. Sponsor is not responsible for the failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or congestion on the internet or at any website. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes or website may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes or website, then the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, and a random drawing to award the prizes will be conducted from among all eligible entries (and stores associated with entries) received prior to cancellation. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Sweepstakes or disqualify entrant if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity to the Sweepstakes as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion.

Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that Sponsor, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, agents, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Indemnities”) and the NFL Entities (as defined below) and each party’s respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the awarding of prizes. Each winner/guest assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in the Sweepstakes or use or redemption of the prize. By entering the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you, not Sponsor and/or the NFL Entities (as defined below), are responsible for the contents of any material submitted in relation to the Sweepstakes. Participant irrevocably waives all claims against the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Productions LLC, NFL International LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the "NFL Entities") and agrees that the NFL Entities will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the prizes awarded. The NFL Entities have not offered or Sponsored this Sweepstakes in any way.

Governing Law: The Sweepstakes and the Official Rules shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Entrants submit to exclusive personal jurisdiction in Ohio and agree that any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts in Ohio. You agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Ohio; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (c) notwithstanding the foregoing, you waive the right to claim any damages, whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages.
